Welcome to The Fugg Hub. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable store policies.

Products

The Fugg Hub sells primarily pre-owned collectible Fugglers, including rare, retired, discontinued and hard-to-find items.

Each collectible may have individual characteristics or signs of previous ownership. Product photographs and descriptions are provided to accurately represent the specific item being sold.

Because our inventory is pre-owned, minor variations in appearance, wear and condition should be expected.

Product Availability

Our inventory is limited and often consists of individual collectible items. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that it will remain available until checkout is completed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, listing or inventory errors.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item(s). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments

Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final except where a return, cancellation or refund is required under applicable law or is otherwise approved by The Fugg Hub.

Intellectual Property

The Fugg Hub name, logo, website content, photographs, original written content and other original materials are the property of The Fugg Hub unless otherwise indicated.

They may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Fugg Hub is not responsible for losses or damages arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs delays, weather events, service interruptions or other third-party failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in British Columbia, Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to the customer.
