About Us
We operate the Fugg Hub from our dedicated studio within our family home in Victoria, BC Canada.
All Pre-owned Fugglers are ethically sourced from the public, whether it's a local charity shop or online through various marketplaces.
We carefully select our products for various reasons, considering their condition. While some items may require TLC, we also carry new items with original tags. We always reveal any touch-ups in the product description and we'll never conceal any imperfections on your cherished soft toy.
Where do you purchase your soft toys?
Our plush toys come from the community through online store fronts like eBay and other second-hand selling platforms. We only stock pre-owned.
Do you wash your soft toys?
In the event that the plush toys arrive in less than perfect condition, we take care to wash, brush, and dry them using gentle, non bio. We like to ensure your soft toy is as new as possible.
How are your soft toys stored?
We are fortunate to have a purpose-built studio in our home. Our soft toys are stored in practical boxes in a pet-free, smoke-free, and dust-free environment. You will consistently receive the exact item you ordered in the displayed condition.
Do you ship worldwide?
For sure! We ship globally - using multiple carrier International shipping (with tracking) aiming to deliver within 5-10 working days. We take pleasure in offering speedy service.
